2023年6月11日，上海市经济和信息化委员会副主任刘平一行来访德必集团意大利中心，并对德必集团运营的中意设计交流中心佛罗伦萨基地进行考察访问。

On June 11, 2023, a delegation from the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, led by Vice Chairman Ping Liu, visited the DoBe Group's Italy Center. They conducted an inspection and visit to the Florence base of the Sino-Italian Design Exchange Center operated by the DoBe Group.

上海市经济和信息化委员会产业投资处处长徐明，上海市投资促进服务中心（上海市中小企业上市促进中心）主任王东，上海市生物医药产业促进中心主任刘厚佳，上海市宝山区科技创新开发管理委员会（宝山区投资促进办公室）主任丁建平陪同考察。

Accompanying the visit were Ming Xu, Division Director of Industrial Investment at the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization; Dong Wang, Director of the Shanghai Investment Promotion Service Center (Shanghai SMEs Going Public Promotion Center); Houjia Liu, Director of the Shanghai Biomedical Industry Promotion Center; and Jianping Ding, Director of the Shanghai Baoshan District Sci.&Tech Innovation Development Management Committee (Shanghai Baoshan District Investment Promotion Office).

上海市经信委刘平副主任仔细听取中意设计交流中心佛罗伦萨基地负责人的项目介绍后，对中意设计交流中心历年取得的成绩给予了肯定，对中心为创意文化产业做出的贡献表示感谢，要求中心进一步发挥其创新引领的作用和优势，在“一带一路”方针下推动两国文化创意产业的交流与合作，特别是为上海和佛罗伦萨企业提供服务，促进双城经济文化合作交流。

After carefully listening to the project introduction by the person in charge of the Florence base of the Sino-Italian Design Exchange Center, Vice Chairman Liu of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization affirmed the achievements of the Sino-Italian Design Exchange Center over the years and expressed gratitude for its contributions to the creative cultural industry. He requested the center to further leverage its role and advantages in innovation leadership, promote exchanges and cooperation in the cultural and creative industries between the two countries under the "Belt and Road" policy, and especially provide services for companies in Shanghai and Florence to promote economic and cultural cooperation and exchanges between the two cities.

Ming Xu, Division Director of Industrial Investment at the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, pointed out that both parties should strengthen communication and exchange, achieve the sharing of advantageous industrial resources between Shanghai and Florence, and promote Shanghai's high-quality international business environment. He warmly welcomed Italian companies to invest and develop in Shanghai.

上海市投资促进服务中心主任王东向佛罗伦萨发出上海邀约，共享发展机遇、希望可以利用两城经济发展特征“补短板，做长板”，充分发挥上海平台大、产业生态健全等优势，与佛罗伦萨创新创意等优势产业融合发展，加速催化重点产业领域协同发展。

Director Dong Wang of the Shanghai Investment Promotion Service Center extended an invitation to Florence, hoping to share development opportunities and utilize the complementary characteristics of the economic development of the two cities to fully leverage Shanghai's advantages as a platform with a sound industrial ecosystem. He emphasized the need to integrate and develop advantageous industries such as innovation and creativity with Florence, and accelerate the collaborative development of key industrial areas.

上海市生物医药产业促进中心主任刘厚佳介绍，上海生物医药产业基础扎实、国际化程度高；意大利药物生产数量在发达国家排名前列，意大利医疗展团连年进驻了上海进博会。借助中心窗口的力量，希望上海佛罗伦萨生物医药产业持续交流合作。

Houjia Liu, Director of the Shanghai Biomedical Industry Promotion Center, introduced the solid foundation and high level of internationalization of the biomedical industry in Shanghai. Italy ranks among the top countries in terms of pharmaceutical production, and the Italian medical exhibition delegation has participated in the China International Import Expo in Shanghai for several consecutive years. Leveraging the power of the center's platform, he expressed hope for sustained communication and cooperation between the biomedical industries of Shanghai and Florence.

宝山区科技创新开发区管委会主任丁建平重点推介了上海宝山科技成果转化和产业化建设成果，希望与佛罗伦萨加强科技合作，助推宝山科创中心主阵地建设和发展。

Jianping Ding, Director of the Shanghai Baoshan District Sci.&Tech Innovation Development Management Committee, focused on promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and industrialization construction in the Baoshan District of Shanghai. He expressed the desire to strengthen scientific and technological cooperation with Florence to support the construction and development of the Baoshan Science and Technology Innovation Center.

由德必集团运营的“上海佛罗伦萨—中意设计交流中心”佛罗伦萨基地成立至今已有十一年，在这段进程中，中心度过了资源累积的创建期，脚踏实地的发展期。中意设计交流中心将在上海市级政府部门的领导和支持下，以推动连接和合作为导向，开拓进取。中意设计交流中心佛罗伦萨基地将成为中国与意大利之间重要的文化枢纽，促进双方之间的沟通与交流。

The Florence base of the "Shanghai-Florence Sino-Italian Design Exchange Center," operated by the DoBe Group, has been established for eleven years. During this process, the center has gone through the stages of resource accumulation and solid development. With the leadership and support of the Shanghai municipal government departments, the Sino-Italian Design Exchange Center will continue to expand with a focus on promoting connection and cooperation. The Florence base will become an important cultural hub between China and Italy, facilitating communication and exchanges between the two sides.
