他们作为托斯卡纳最重要的酒庄设计大师，于市中心工作室现场分享设计工作的推衍，吸引了佛罗伦萨近半数设计精英前来观摩聆听。

As the most important design masters of wine chateau in Tuscany, they have shared their work experience in the studio in downtown. The event has attracted almost half of the design elite in Florence.

“葡萄酒庄”这一概念源自法国，指从葡萄种植、栽培和采摘，到葡萄酒酿造、贮存、灌装等，全部在自成一体的葡萄园基地内完成。而如今的酒庄已经超出了传统意义上基于农业种植和酿造加工的生产场所，葡萄酒庄正在转变为集合了种植、生产、餐饮、观光、住宿等诸多带有明显旅游观光特征的综合形态。

The concept of “wine chateau” had come from France. It consists grape planting, growing, gathering and wine making, storing, filling etc. This complete process is concentrated in a single glass of wine. Nowadays, wine chateau is more than a production industry which focuses on agricultural planting and wine making. It’s appearing as comprehensive form combining planting, producing, F&B, sightseeing, hotel, etc. All that makes it part of tourism.

In Italy, we have varieties of grapes, different combinations of soil and weather. The geographical condition encourages the development of wine tourism. It differs from traditional French chateau which is focused on agricultural planting. The wine architecture in Italy has been changing according to the needs. Whether new or old, after combining design with wine tourism, wine chateaus have earned mass interest.

与法国传统而优雅的城堡酒庄不同，意大利原生葡萄品种繁多，土壤气候组合变化众多，地理情况促使发展葡萄酒旅游业，酒庄建筑，也随着这些功能需求的变化而转变，新老酒庄都发现了将著名设计师的建筑与葡萄酒观光业结合之后所能获得的双重市场利益。

China's modern wine industry starts from the Changyu wine company. So far it has only 120 years’ history. The real development happened in 40 years after the Reform and Open policy. Now China has become the world's fifth largest wine producer and consumer. During the development of architecture, China is considered to be a paradise for contemporary architects as well as the largest experimental field for the new design and technologies. Thanks to the spirit of learning and exploring, Chinese have achieved great success in the history of wine.

DoBe Group, the operator of SIDEC Florence base, since its cooperation with Boeri design office which is the founder of “vertical forest”, has been engaged in an exploration of Italian design. DoBe has organized lots of programs of interior design that aim to establish a platform for communication between Chinese and foreign designers.
