2017年4月20日，上海市静安区政府代表团一行莅临中意设计交流中心佛罗伦萨基地进行项目考察，代表包括静安区政协主席陈永弟、静安区政协秘书长刘尚宝、静安区人民政府外事办公室主任孙丽娟、静安区发展与改革委员会副主任许兴莉、静安区科学技术协会主席陈少东、静安区北站街道党工委书记程凯，与基地运行机构德必集团代表王群女士等人，展开了深入交流，共同规划文创产业的海外发展战略。
On April 20th, the delegation of Shanghai Jing’an government has visited SIDEC project. The delegation participants:

Mr. Chen Kai, Party Secretary of Bei Zhan Sub-district Office
The delegation had a productive discussion with Ms. Blanche Wang, the operator of SIDEC, about the overseas development strategy in cultural and creative industries.

以静安区政协主席陈永弟为首的政府代表团一行先就中意设计交流中心的项目背景展开深入的了解。作为佛罗伦萨基地的运行公司，德必集团海外项目代表，为政府详细介绍了上海与佛罗伦萨两城政府项目之初的合作缔结，项目创立的使命与意义，以及项目开展三年以来，佛罗伦萨基地的工作成就，为静安区的文化产业和投资拓展提供了一种海外发展可能。
At first, The Chairman of Jing’an CPPCC, Mr. Chen Yongdi and the rest of visitors  got a clear understanding of SIDEC project. DoBe Group is the operator of SIDEC. Ms Wang Blanche gave a detail presentation about the cooperation between Shanghai and Florence. Also, she introduced its vision, value and the achievement of the past three years. The project has created opportunity for the overseas development in cultural and creative industries of Jing’an District.

随后，代表团表达了对佛罗伦萨中小型家族企业及传统手工业的浓厚兴趣。针对中意设计交流中心佛罗伦萨基地近年所举办的中小型企业商务接洽活动，双方进行了热烈的讨论。代表们了解了佛罗伦萨手工业的发展历史及优势领域介绍，对未来信息交流和策划活动等方面都提出了创新的合作路线，有意为意大利中小企业提供上海的展示平台。
The delegates were really interested in small and medium enterprises in Florence and traditional handicraft industry. They had a rapt discussion with DoBe Group about SMEs business collaborations held in SIDEC in the recent years. They also talked about the new way of future collaboration in exchanging information and organizing events, which aims to provide a platform for Italian SMEs.

随着“一带一路”战略的深入，中意设计交流中心佛罗伦萨基地致力为中意两国之间的文化投资的沟通交流提供了国际平台，将更有针对性的展开B2B合作项目，为国内优秀企业的海外拓展，提供最明确的海外发展战略。
With the implementation of “One Belt One Road” project, Florence base is aiming to provide an international platform for Sino-Italian cultural investment. It is focusing on B2B project and providing the clearest overseas development strategies for Chinese excellent enterprises.
