March 21st was the date of beginning of "Cadex", the top event for architecture and design. As strategic partner of Cadex, DoBe WE" organized design salon - "Ellipse and Scene - How scenic design influences contemporary architecture" which attracted lots of visitors.

The lecturer of "Ellipse and Scene - How scenic design influences contemporary architecture", Alberto Sanseverino, is a creative director and scenic designer from Italy with extensive professional experience worldwide. In 2011 Alberto staged the opera 'The Elixir Of Love' in Shanghai Oriental Art Center. In 2014 his design for "Jaguar Alive Technology" won the Best Design Awards in Shanghai.

During the lecture, Mr. Alberto Sanseverino talked about the history of theater and architecture. Two different forms of art that have a lot in common since they have been influencing each other since the very beginning.

Scenic space, which was initially conceived for the theatre, after several reforms like Gesamtkunstwerk in XIX and Pop Art, finds new ways to express itself through music, performance, architecture, lighting, fashion and lifestyle. With the influence of this revolution, architecture starts to move from the original function and from the subordination role to an idea of centrality that metaphorically could be express by an elliptical subdivision of its aspects, becoming eccentric and variable, in other words, personal.

By approaches of playful design, iconic building, space, material and digital, an architect becomes a director not only for the building itself but for creating an experiential space for people.
