The delegation had a productive discussion with Mr.Jack Jia, the president of DoBe Group, which is the key processor entrusted by both Chinese and Italian governments to run the SIDEC Florence base project, about the overseas development strategy in cultural and creative industries.

At first, The Chairman of Xuhui CPPCC, Mr.Wang Hongwei and the rest of visitors got a clear understanding of SIDEC project. Mr Jack. Jia gave a detail presentation about the cooperation between Shanghai and Florence. Also, he introduced its vision, value and the achievement of the past three years. The project has created opportunity for the overseas development in cultural and creative industries of Xuhui District.

The delegates were really interested in small and medium enterprises in Florence and traditional handicraft industry. They had a rapt discussion with DoBe Group about SMEs business collaborations held in SIDEC in the recent years. They also talked about the new way of future collaboration in exchanging information and organizing events, which aims to provide a platform for Italian SMEs.

With the implementation of “One Belt One Road” project, Florence base is aiming to provide an international platform for Sino-Italian cultural investment. It is focusing on B2B project and providing the clearest overseas development strategies for Chinese excellent enterprises.
