In the evening of April 21st, DoBe WE" held the event "Change or Be Changed -- How to Find Your Spot in the Era of Innovation" at the venue DoBe WE"@BUND.

Our speaker was Ms Jovi Tong. She is the founder of Shanghai CP Culture, founder and partner of China LEAD Association and a speaker of TEDx Shanghai Women. She has been working in prestigious firms as senior consultant in the Asia Pacific region in management consulting companies, as General Electric and Standard Chartered Bank. She also boasts AAFM qualification.

Jovi's speech began with rules of selfie. She demonstrated the analysis of Kim Kardashian, a star of Instagram. Her success at social media is not as simple as it seems. The "recipe secret" is posting selfies in an innovative way.

Then by using big data, she showed that the average company lifespan since the last 20 years has shortened much. This tendency is disturbing because in 2027 75% of companies may disappear.

In the era with such fierce competition, innovation is a topic with significant importance. According to Jovi, there are two categories of innovation: incremental innovation and radical innovation. She explained to us the difference and effect of these two kinds of innovation.
